基于maven的SpringMVC+Spring+MyBatis+Log4j2的pom配置

【0】README：本文旨在给出可以正常跑 测试用例的项目依赖配置， 同时还会给出 maven 编译项目时的坑儿；

【2】maven 编译时，可能出现错误， 如  -Dmaven.multiModuleProjectDirctory system property is not set , 解决方法是 修改 maven编译所用的运行配置 run conf 中的jre （选择jdk的配置，而不是jre， 因为jdk包含编译器和解释器，而jre仅包含解释器或运行环境）， 如下： 也可以参考  https://blog.****.net/PacosonSWJTU/article/details/84675427
