Could not transfer artifact org.codehaus.plexus:plexus-utils:jar:1.5.1 from/to central

把jar包发布到远程仓库时报错Could not transfer artifact org.codehaus.plexus:plexus-utils:jar:1.5.1 from/to central

然后找了好多解决办法比如像什么加入阿里云镜像或者改maven特性等等，最后还是经过几个哥们的提醒。在这里千万注意！！！在配置settings文件时要看清本工程到底使用的是哪个settings.xml文件。然后再找到磁盘相应位置进行配置。

打开File–>Settings–>Build,Execution,Deployment–>Build Tools–>Maven
最后发布成功。。。
