利用VMware的VMware tools工具设备ubuntu和winows之间共享文件
1 windows下载VMware tools，并加载到光驱。
windows和VMWare下的linux共享文件，需要VMware tools工具（下载地址 http://www.downza.cn/soft/22456.html）。VMware tools是一个镜像文件（iso），下载到windows后，双击即可加载到光驱中。
2 在VMWare下的linux中，安装VMware tools。
打开 “虚拟机“”菜单，点击“更新VMware Tools”，会自动跳转到VMware Tools文件所在位置（光驱加载的iso文件）。
将VMwareTools-10.0.10-4301679.tar.gz复制到linux下的一个目录，解压。
sudo tar -zxvf VMwareTools-10.0.10-4301679.tar.gz
执行：./vmware-tools-distrib/vmware-install.pl ，一直按Enter键即可完成安装。
注意如果出现错误
The installer has detected an existing installation of open-vm-tools on this
system and will not attempt to remove and replace these user-spaceapplications. It is recommended to use the open-vm-tools packages provided by
the operating system. If you do not want to use the existing installation of
open-vm-tools and attempt to install VMware Tools, you must uninstall the
open-vm-tools packages and re-run this installer.
The packages that need to be removed are:
open-vm-tools
The installer will next check if there are any missing kernel drivers. Type yes
if you want to do this, otherwise type no [yes]
在终端显示这个出错之后就要手动卸载open-vm-tools
sudo apt-get remove open-vm-tools
3 利用VMware Workstation，添加windows中的要共享的文件夹。
“虚拟机”菜单-“设置”-“选项”-“共享文件夹”。
右侧选择“总是启用”，点击“添加”，预览并选择windows中要共享的文件夹”m_share”。
4 在linux的/mnt/hgfs/下，就可以看到windows下共享的“vm_share”文件夹，这样可以在两个系统中相互传递文件了。
