MyEclipse 2017中正确使用 JSTL 标签，却报错！

这个是oxygen的一个bug，官方给出的解释和解决方案：https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=518987#c0 
把红框的这个文件下载下来解压； 

将plugins中的文件改名org.eclipse.wst.html.core_1.2.101.v20170704_fix518987_01.jar 
–>org.eclipse.wst.html.core_1.2.100.me201612020927.jar（myeclipse安装目录的plugins里的org.eclipse.wst.html.core名字）； 
备份原org.eclipse.wst.html.core文件； 
把jar包替换到myeclipse安装目录的plugins里，重启 MyEclipse 即可解决。
