Eclipse控制台VS Netbeans的控制台

在NetBeans中的非ASCII不但是在Eclipse控制台中显示的那些字符是按原样显示的。 我想知道Netbeans如何删除这些字符，因为我需要清理这些非ASCII字符的文件。

做到这一点，最好的办法是阅读文件的字节，然后配置特定CharsetDecoder删除你不想要捕获的字节。
