您正在阅读文件也正在写入它。不要这样做。相反，在完成写入并关闭它之后，您应该写入NamedTemporaryFile，然后rename它覆盖原始文件。

或者如果该文件的大小是保证小，你可以使用readlines()读取所有的它，然后关闭该文件，修改你想要的线，并把它写回退：
