它不是技术上称为“督察”，但注明“DevTools”，简称铬“开发工具”。它的开放应用程序启动时的原因是因为你在这一行打开DevTools：

win.webContents.openDevTools() 

BrowserWindow.webContents是记录here，与openDevTools说明：

contents.openDevTools([options])

开幕devtools。

删除它来停止打开的DevTools。
